Part-time and Full-time Roles Available in this position.

If you are located in the state of MA,  you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • We are an inbound call center open 24/7 including holidays
  • Assesses and triages immediate health concerns
  • Identifies problems or gaps in care offering opportunity for intervention
  • Coordinates services and referrals to health programs
  • Provides health education and coaches consumers on treatment alternatives to assist them in best decision making
  • Supports consumers in selection of best physician and facility to maximize access, quality, and to manage heath care cost
  • Prepares individuals for physician visits
  • Manages utilization through education
  • Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and Unrestricted RN license in MA
  • Ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed
  • 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (any clinical setting)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
  • Have a designated workspace and access to install secure high speed internet via cable/DSL in home

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Compact State Licensure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with Customer Service
  • Experience in a Telephonic or Call Center Based role

California Residents Only: The hourly range for California residents is $27.07 to $53.08.
