Position Overview:

Serves as a support to quality, clinical, and operational leadership in monitoring and evaluating electronic medical record (EHR) workflow for outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

 

Bachelor’s: Management, public health, nursing, business administration, organizational leadership or related field. or equivalent education/experience

 

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

RN-Registered Nurse of California

RN-Registered Nurse of State of Residence

 

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

2 years recent relevant experience.

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Demonstrated proficiency in Ability to navigate an electronic health record required. Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, and Excel is required.

 

Must demonstrate written/verbal interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and departments, including medical staff members.

 

Ability to manage own time and schedule own tasks. Must have initiative to work effectively without constant supervision and direction.

Pay Range is $35.24 to $46.16 / hour

 

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
