Job Description
This is a full-time telework role open.

Hours for this position are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

Works with internal business partners to develop relationships with local network and health care
management teams to educate, train, and provide face to face support to physician practice groups who serve our Medicare membership in support of risk adjustment and Stars. Position will be responsible for retrospective coding of medical records, prospective education to drive better pre-visit planning activities for providers and making outbound medication adherence calls to members.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 58,760
Maximum: 125,840

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
– Active and unrestricted RN or LPN licensure in state of residence
– Must possess CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Code) certification. Candidates who possess a CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification will be considered, but candidate will need to obtain CRC certification within 6 months post-hire
– 1+ years of experience with ICD-10 codes
– 1+ years of experience with electronic medical records/electronic health records in an office setting is required
– 1+ year of experience with Medicare and/or Commercial risk adjustment process

Preferred Qualifications
– 4+ years recent and related experience in medical record documentation review, diagnosis coding, and/or auditing.
– Knowledge of quality of care and member safety issues
– Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation guidelines
– 3+ years clinical experience.

Education
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent recent and related work experience.
