Job Description
Fully remote in the USA.

Travel 0-30% in the USA.

Shift: Monday-Friday standard business hours. No nights, no weekends and no holidays.

The Nurse Clinical Trainer will be responsible for primary EPIC training for clinical case managers and non-clinical support. Job duties will include building and updating training curriculum, training environment, and associated job tools. Additional duties assigned.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 58,760
Maximum: 125,840

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
EPIC Care Ambulatory certification

2+ years experience training EPIC and creating curriculums

A Registered Nurse that must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges and have the ability to be licensed in all non-compact states.

Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent platform skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization

* Basic understanding of Adult Learning principles and instructional design

* Knowledge of all aspects (including services available) or programs used by audiences (e.g. assessment tools)

* Strong clinical/technical training knowledge of the Medicare and ACO processes being trained.

Education
Associate’s Degree RN nursing required
Bachelor’s Degree RN nursing preferred
