Job Description
Travel to office in Brooklyn, New York based position 3 days per week including in field for meetings 30-50% local travel.

Accountable for health care quality projects and initiatives through direction setting and leadership. Assimilates information to proactively develop quality activities aligned with company strategies and values. Links the quality management activities to business goals. Proactively builds strong teams and business relationships, both internally and externally. Serves as
a resource and subject matter expert (SME) on aspects of the quality program to develop and influence business strategies.

This role will coordinate the quality efforts, work with data in governance process and analyze performing data. This position will work on large project plans and measures. They will work on the QAPI work plan with approximately 90-100 lines or requirements.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
6+ years progressive experience in operational quality management roles in the (MCO) managed care healthcare industry, regulatory environment and quality management.

5 years+ Demonstrated leadership ability to report regulatory requirements deliverables and exceed deadlines.

3+ years experience in QAPI. (Quality assessment program improvement)

3+ years experience working with DSNP, Medicare and/or Medicaid members.

A Registered Nurse that must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, NEW YORK, with multi-state/compact privileges and have the ability to be licensed in all non-compact states.

PMP certification
Project management experience
CPHQ Certified Healthcare Quality certification
Lean Six Sigma certification
Agile certification
Seeking provider and member facing experience (mainly provider)
FIDE (Fully integrated Duals Eligible) experience

Associates degree in RN nursing
Bachelors degree in RN nursing preferred
