Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for management of multiple projects simultaneously, requiring collaboration with various Subject Matter Experts, supporting complex clinical and technological implementation for content development, maintenance, and delivery of risk adjustment educational content emphasizing accurate documentation and coding
  • Support new and existing end to end clinical initiatives. Recommend and creates solutions and/or changes to existing programs and / or processes to improve the effectiveness of training for clinical audiences
  • Works across the organization collaboratively to define and implement provider-focused training solutions that support business strategy, resulting in improved performance and increased provider satisfaction
  • Conducts and analyzes learning results to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Analyze data to drive content development and delivery

One year of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to one year of experience.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Certificate of Completion of Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Currently have and/or ability to obtain state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician’s Assistant
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • 2+ years of risk adjustment experience
  • Proven advanced skills required with multi-training delivery methods (Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Team’s, etc.)
  • Demonstrated advanced analytical and conceptual thinking to develop resourceful tools for clinicians
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 25% nationwide

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified in risk adjustment coding
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and departments to analyze organizational needs, documentation and curriculum needs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and personal influencing skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead collaborative efforts in order to successfully achieve key business objectives
  • Ability to develop and manage work in a self – directed capacity, prioritizing and organizing to meet deadlines

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300 per year.
