About us

CareSpan Health, Inc. is a small business in United States. We are collaborative, innovative, data-driven and our goal is to provide Value Based Healthcare that is accessible to anyone anywhere.

We are seeking Advance Practice Nurses to join our growing network of independent providers in specific states across the United States to assist us with government contracts we have with the VA and assist us with providing telemedicine care (RPM) for two weight management contractors. We have FT, PT and PRN opportunities in multiple locations as well as remote/telemedicine.

Be advised for the VA position: we are searching for individuals willing to work in a practice within the state they are licensed for the VA contracts (FT and PT positions). This position is not a telemedicine/virtual role. Having a physical location and malpractice insurance would be a plus but is not required.

For RPM, we are searching for individuals willing to assist us with our weight management contracts. This is a telemedicine role in specific states only! Both positions allow you to choose your own schedule and availability. Join our team and mission to serve the underserved in rural and remote locations using a combination of technology and our network of APN providers.
