Remote Telemedicine and Triage Nurse Practitioner

PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide 100% remote support to our robust team of primary care providers throughout Vancouver, WA. This is a great opportunity to achieve the strong work/life balance you’ve been looking for!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Primary Care setting. In this position, the Nurse Practitioners time will be dedicated towards triage and telehealth visits.

Job Details & Highlights:

 

  • Strong work/life balance, 100% remote position, in the comfort of your home! You can reside anywhere in the state that you support.
  • The target is at least 5 telehealth visits daily, including patient calls, and triage.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments. Order lab and diagnostic tests when appropriate and interprets test results.
  • EPIC EMR
