Tapestry Health is seeking providers (NPs and PAs) interested in independently contracting with us to establish patient care visits for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities nationwide via telehealth. The established patient care visits take 20 minutes to complete and can be done on a part-time or ongoing/weekly basis. We will work with you and your schedule!

- Flexible work schedule – Need a provider to work a minimum of 2 full 8 hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday
- No nights or weekends required
- Competitive hourly rate plus opportunity for incentive pay
- Short term or long term basis
- Independent Contractor, 1099 Status
- Active license in at least 2 states across the U.S.
- Written collaborative agreement preferred if required by state
We provide malpractice insurance for all of our providers.
