Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex nursing processes into structured training data for AI models.
- Assess the effectiveness of AI-generated health communications and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure medical accuracy and empathy are consistently represented in AI outputs.
- Guide the development of AI interactions to reflect best practices in patient care and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
