Job Description:
This is a REMOTE position.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Validates and submits registry harvest reports to meet regulatory and registry compliance guidelines.
- Ensures data accurately depicts performance for publicly reported measures to CMS and other accrediting bodies.
- Maintains accurate databases rigorously to ensure follow-up deadlines are met according to registry requirements.
- Coordinates institute quality and outcomes committees or clinical projects with hospital and physician leadership to improve quality and value.
- Completes longitudinal patient follow-up by interviewing and assessing patient health status across the continuum to meet regulatory and registry requirements.
- Navigates complex patient needs during assessments and refers to appropriate providers for further care.
- Identifies and enrolls clinical registry candidates according to national registry guidelines.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Associate of Science degree in Nursing
- Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Three (3) years or more experience in specialized nursing including, but not limited to: critical care, catheterization lab, operating room, recovery room, and other related clinical settings

$31.53 – $52.24
