Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Improve how care is delivered by identifying workflow gaps, data issues, and system opportunities that affect nursing efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes
- Guide system decisions by serving as a trusted clinical advisor to nursing leaders on workflow design, operational improvements, and technology changes
- Bridge clinical and technical teams by translating nursing needs into clear feedback, testing insights, and enhancement recommendations
- Validate real‑world workflows through user acceptance testing and release reviews to ensure systems function reliably in live nursing environments
- Support strong adoption by contributing to training, onboarding, job aids, and best‑practice guidance for clinical leaders and teams
- Strengthen compliance and readiness by supporting reporting, data validation, audits, and accreditation‑related documentation
- Align systems with standards by ensuring workflows reflect approved clinical policies and regulatory expectations
- Influence enterprise initiatives by representing the nursing voice in system upgrades, migrations, and cross‑functional projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing or comparable healthcare experience
- Experience supporting clinical workflows, healthcare systems, or operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess workflows and identify practical solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, and operational partners
- Comfort working in complex, matrixed environments with shared ownership and evolving priorities
- Proficiency with common technology tools, including Microsoft Office and clinical system navigation
- Commitment to high standards of patient care, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
- Experience with nursing scheduling tools, clinical documentation systems, or virtual care platforms
- Experience supporting system testing, workflow validation, or implementations
- Familiarity with accreditation, audit preparation, or regulatory reporting
- Experience creating training materials, SOPs, or job aids
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,500 – 159,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
