TPAPT is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Nursing School Admissions Coaches to help aspiring nursing students navigate the admissions process for competitive nursing programs. You will work one-on-one with students to provide personalized guidance and support in crafting their applications and preparing for interviews.
What you’ll do:
- Guide students through the nursing school application process, including advising on essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Assist students in creating a strong narrative that highlights their passion for nursing and relevant experiences.
- Provide insight into the specific requirements and expectations of various nursing programs.
- Conduct practice interviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance students’ communication skills.
- Collaborate with a network of professionals dedicated to educating prospective nursing students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- 3-12 hours of weekly availability
- 3+ years of experience in nursing education or admissions counseling.
- Strong understanding of the nursing school admissions process and criteria.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students through the application journey.
- Experience with technology and online collaboration tools.
