A major focus of the position includes electronic health records (EHR) registry development, maintenance, and performance reporting – ensuring accurate data capture, registry functionality, and actionable reporting for both clinical and operational leaders.

The Specialist will partner with regional and system-level leadership to drive measurable improvement, support EBP incentive programs, standardize care processes, and coach teams in using data to inform decisions. The position requires extensive travel to hospitals and clinics for on-site support, workflow assessments, and hands-on improvement work.

  • Serve as a liaison between system quality leadership and facility-level teams.
  • Participate in system committees, collaborative groups, and project teams focused on improvement and standardization.
  • Extensive travel (up to 75-90%), including overnight stays and travel to rural clinics and community hospitals.
