Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Triage Department at our Baptist Silverleaf campus in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.
As a Registered Nurse in our Triage Department, you will be responsible for:
– Providing Nursing Assistance to Physicians
– Greets and chaperons patients during medical part of visit
– Obtain vital signs
– Maintain Medical Documentation
– Scheduling care, treatment, diagnostic tests
– Handle and processing prescriptions and referrals
– Perform waived test list in Laboratory and IV Therapy
Registered Nurse, Triage, Experience;
– Clinical Experience Preferred
