Telehealth LPN – Skilled Home Health (Remote)

What is Required?
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience in Medicaid/Medicare home health care benefits, policies, and procedures is preferred
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Passion for patient care
