Direct patient care roles generally require on-site presence at clinical facilities. Certain remote clinical positions, such as home health case management, may require periodic on-site orientation, training, or local field visits to health system facilities as operational needs dictate.

ThedaCare offers primary care, emergency medicine, Level II trauma care, cardiovascular treatment, orthopedics, spine care, and comprehensive cancer care. The health system also provides outpatient surgical care, pediatric services, behavioral healthcare, home health, hospice services, occupational health, and senior living options across its regional clinical network.

ThedaCare operates across northeast and central Wisconsin, serving residents across more than 17 counties. Its regional network includes community hospitals, medical centers, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, urgent care facilities, and long-term care communities. Through its parent entity, Froedtert ThedaCare Health, the system collaborates with the Medical College of Wisconsin to provide healthcare services throughout eastern Wisconsin.
