We are seeking a part time Charge RN to join the “Weekends” team.
What Makes This Home Care Leadership Role Different?
As a Weekend RN Charge Nurse on our Home Care team, you will:
• Provide clinical leadership and support to field staff throughout the weekend
• Serve as a key resource for patient care coordination and clinical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Case Managers, clinicians, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Help ensure high-quality patient care, timely follow-up, and continuity of services
• Support patients with complex medical needs recovering from surgery, illness, or chronic disease exacerbations
• Assist with triage, problem-solving, and escalations to help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations

• 152 Conant Street, Suite 300, Beverly, MA
Schedule
• Part-time (28 hours), hybrid role
• Friday – 12pm – 6pm, Saturday and Sunday – 6am – 5:30pm
Provide quality, clinical services to patients in various settings in the community. Patient care is delivered within organizational philosophy, policy and standards of community health practice. The admissions process and case management responsibilities are performed in accordance with MGB Healthcare at Home policies and standards of practice, utilizing thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications. Skilled nursing care is provided in the form of assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation and care coordination demonstrating high quality customer service, and financial awareness.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

3- 5 years progressively responsible nursing experience with at least 2 years in community health

Prior supervisory or management experience required.
Licensure, Certifications or Registration
Required: Current RN license in Massachusetts
