$99,258.00 – $158,808.00
This position supervises all the Back Office Clinical support staff (RN, LPNs, MAs and PFT’s) across Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and Pulmonology clinics. This position is essential to provide the Leadership and support for the staff, patients and providers.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across the clinics working with staff and providers providing support and organizing work schedules and well as providing guidance to the clinical support team. Additionally, this role will work to grow the teams and the business.
Exempt position
Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings or holidays
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate Nursing Degree required. Bachelors’ of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS (depending on location worked) certification required.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse required.
- Experience in Endocrinology or Pulmonology or physician practice setting preferred.
- Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
