Description:
• Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in health coaching, working remotely on a contract basis.
• This role involves providing comprehensive case management and health coaching services across the health continuum, from health promotion to end-of-life care.
Requirements:
• Current, active, and unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure
• Three years of experience in clinical, case management, and/or disease/condition management
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong clinical knowledge
Qualifications:
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of three years in clinical, case management, or disease management roles
• Proven communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Comprehensive clinical knowledge
