Telehealth Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team as a Telehealth Nurse. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients enrolled in a Medication Therapy Program—providing education, support, and guidance to improve outcomes and enhance quality of care.

📍 Location: Cary, NC (Must live within commuting distance)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite 2 Days Per Week

💼 Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: Potential to convert to Full-Time Employee

What You’ll Be Doing

• Educate and counsel patients on specialty drug therapies

• Support medication adherence through ongoing engagement and follow-ups

• Discuss side effects, treatment options, and therapy expectations

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (HIPAA standards)

• Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product concerns

• Collaborate with providers and pharmacy teams to ensure continuity of care

• Serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and support teams

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact or North Carolina)

• Associate Degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or accredited Nursing Diploma

• 4+ years of nursing experience (including acute care)

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation tools

• Ability to obtain multi-state licensure within 3 months through company-supported licensing programs

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Acute Care, Inpatient Care, or Specialty Care experience

• Motivational Interviewing experience

• Experience educating patients on complex therapies or chronic disease management

Pay Details: $41.00 per hour
