The Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and clinical adoption of Rampart products within your assigned territory. You will work directly with physicians, hospital staff, and decision-makers to introduce our solutions, build relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Generate new business and expand usage within existing customer accounts.

Educate and train physicians, nurses, and techs to ensure product adoption.

Lead product installations and provide clinical support.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.

Partner with marketing and commercial leadership to grow brand awareness.

Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing, or Engineering.

5+ years of medical device sales or clinical operations experience.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel extensively, including overnight.
