Own care gap quality, documentation integrity, and operational performance.
Work directly with Clinical Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and Provider Leadership.
Help scale compliant, defensible care gap programs across distributed clinical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead care gap closure and integrity initiatives
- Improve documentation quality and workflow consistency
- Monitor provider performance and operational trends
- Build quality assurance and validation processes
- Support audit readiness and compliance activities
- Coach providers on documentation and HEDIS standards
- Partner cross-functionally to improve care gap completion
Must-Haves
- Active NP license required
- 5+ years clinical operations or quality leadership
- Medicare Advantage or Medicaid program experience
- Strong HEDIS/STARS knowledge
- Experience leading provider performance initiatives
Nice to Have
- In-home clinical program experience
- Telehealth operations experience
- Audit response or QA program leadership
- Healthcare analytics/reporting tools experience
