Position
Pediatric Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Part Time, Remote
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive functional medicine evaluations for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Identify and address root causes of chronic health concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, and advanced laboratory testing.
- Educate and empower families to take an active role in their child’s health journey.
- Review specialty laboratory testing and create comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in functional medicine.
Ideal Candidate
- Active NP license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing Functional Medicine (preferred).
- Experience caring for pediatric patients.
- Functional Medicine certification (IFM, A4M, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, gut health, hormones, immune function, environmental medicine, and lifestyle interventions.
- Comfortable interpreting specialty functional laboratory testing.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Compassionate, positive, and committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and passion for continual learning.
