Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office Team in located in Jefferson City, Missouri.
The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator provides coordination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for statewide contract by overseeing referral process, coordinating telehealth services in conjunction with telehealth coordinator and site healthcare staff, ensuring appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion, providing guidance to site nursing staff, and providing regular reports to the appropriate Assistant Division Directors for Missouri Department of Corrections and Centurion statewide leadership. Serves as a statewide subject matter expert for the delivery of MAT services. While primarily a remote position, some travel is required.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
- Must reside in the State of Missouri or have current Missouri nursing license.
- Minimum of three years of experience in related field preferred
- Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
- Experience working with a correctional institution or agency preferred.
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
- Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable.
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
