Job Description:
SCOPE: Coordinates patient care requests by phone for all physicians and serves as a resource to staff. Reviews all incoming faxes to the office. Answers pharmacy calls & medication refill requests. Coordinates physician orders (i.e., imaging, hospice, hospital, etc). Handles emergency calls on the designated emergency line. Serves as liaison between physician and other facilities and between physician and patient.

3. Coordinate patient care and documents
4. Perform Nursing Duties
5. Serves as resource for all staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Nursing Degree required
Active RN License in good standing with the LSBN required
CPR required
Phone triage nursing experience required, Oncology nursing experience preferred
OCN Certification preferred
