How This Role Supports Our Mission

The Regulatory Compliance & Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in helping healthcare organizations maximize the value of Prista solutions by combining regulatory expertise with implementation excellence. This role ensures clients can effectively leverage ActionCue solutions to support compliance, accreditation readiness, quality improvement, and operational goals while achieving successful adoption and long-term outcomes.

Position Summary

The Regulatory Compliance & Implementation Specialist is responsible for continuously monitoring national healthcare quality measures and accreditation standards to provide compliance guidance, support content and product initiatives, and lead client implementation and training activities. This role combines expertise in clinical quality measurement and benchmarking with strong client-facing, project management, and solution adoption skills to support successful customer outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance (50%)

  • Monitor and interpret ongoing updates to national quality measures, accreditation standards, performance measures and industry best practices.
  • Track proposed and finalized changes to quality reporting programs, including measure additions, retirements, revisions, and specifications.
  • Analyze measure logic, exclusions, risk adjustment methodologies, and reporting requirements.
  • Research and communicate regulatory changes impacting healthcare organizations.
  • Provide compliance guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Support development and maintenance of regulatory resources, content, and tools.
  • Participate  in product enhancement initiatives to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Develop / verify ActionCue Policy Manager sample policies for accuracy and alignment with current regulatory language and accreditation standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quality, risk, patient safety, and performance improvement practices.

Implementation & Client Success (50%)

  • Lead client onboarding, implementation, and training activities.
  • Conduct workflow reviews and provide best-practice recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver client training and educational resources.
  • Support customer adoption, optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve implementation processes and customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and product enhancement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, accreditation, risk management, implementation, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, training, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred

  • Clinical licensure or healthcare certification.
  • CPHQ, CPHRM, or related certification.
  • Experience implementing healthcare software solutions
