Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a part-time Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide virtual healthcare services to our patients, utilizing telehealth technology. You will work closely with our chiropractors and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their medical history, symptoms, and overall health

– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions through telehealth services

– Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans for patients as needed

– Collaborate with our chiropractors and other healthcare providers to develop and implement integrated care plans for patients

– Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care measures

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system

– Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to telehealth services

– Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and telehealth technology advancements

Qualifications:

– Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York

– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or telehealth setting

– Strong understanding of telehealth technology and its application in healthcare

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment

– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

– Familiarity with electronic health record systems

– Availability to work part-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed
