Job Description:

Supports organizational growth by championing change initiatives and providing guidance for team members.

Develops and implements strategies to retain a strong workforce and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Provides coaching, counseling, and career development support to team members.

Contacts team members who have applied internally to guide them through the internal hiring process or advise them on other career opportunities within the organization.

Engages with employees who have submitted their notice or are identified by HR for career advisement.

Develops and maintains relationships with current employees to advise them on career opportunities within the organization. Conducts “stay” interviews to strengthen employee retention strategies.

Education:
