Full Time, M-F No weekends No holidays!
Schedule is either 8:30-5 or 9-5:30
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers
- Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients
- Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.
Required Work Experience:
- Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of nursing experience ideally working for primary care or doing telephonic triage
- Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff
Schedule and Location
- Location – High Street Health Center, 140 High St. Springfield MA
- Full Time Monday – Friday 9-5:30PM
- No weekends No holidays!
- Sign On Bonus Eligible for external candidates with 1 year of experience
