Pay: $32.00–$39.00/hour
Rate depends on LPN/RN licensure and bilingual qualifications.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

• 10:30 AM–7:00 PM ET
• 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
• Some flexibility may be available

💙 What You’ll Do

As a Telehealth Nurse, you’ll provide telephone and electronic support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and their staff. You’ll help patients stay on track with their medications and coordinate important services related to specialty therapies.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct inbound and outbound patient outreach to support medication adherence and therapy goals.
• Use motivational interviewing and behavior-modification techniques to encourage medication adherence.
• Collect and document patient-specific clinical information.
• Follow program protocols, regulatory requirements, and established clinical processes.
• Identify patient needs, risks, safety concerns, adverse events, and product complaints and escalate appropriately.
• Follow up with patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment compliance and medication persistence.
• Help patients and caregivers navigate services and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external healthcare stakeholders to support positive patient outcomes.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN or RN license.
• Compact-state license required.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience in a healthcare company, physician’s office, or laboratory environment.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and online platforms simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Office and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced remote environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

🏡 Remote Work Requirements

Because this is a call-center-style remote position, candidates must have:

• A dedicated, professional HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to support VOIP calls, video conferencing, and multiple online platforms
• A distraction-free work environment

Pay Details: $32.00 to $39.00 per hour
