Job Summary

Join our Endocrinology team at 10 Members Way in Dover, NH, where you’ll support expert providers caring for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and a wide range of hormonal conditions. As a Registered Nurse in this outpatient endocrinology practice, you’ll provide direct patient care and support in a dynamic ambulatory environment. You’ll partner closely with providers and care team members to deliver compassionate, coordinated care while helping patients and families better understand treatment plans, medications, and self-management strategies.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, support care planning, and assist with outpatient procedures while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support infection control practices and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Active Registered Nurse license required; Basic Life Support certification preferred.
Experience: Clinical nursing experience required; ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.
