Wellesley Family Care is a thriving primary care practice based in Needham, Massachusetts. We are a private (independent) practice affiliated with Mass General Brigham with a focus on individualized evidence-based care for the whole family. We also highly value teamwork and collaboration and have built a team culture of safety, competence, and fun. We currently have twenty-two primary care providers on our team and have a strong growth trajectory into new business and practice initiatives. We are seeking a top-quality, experienced primary care nurse practitioner to join our growing team in a 100% remote capacity. This position may be structured as either full-time or part-time.

Position Summary
Job description:
As a key member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner will provide remote primary care services within their field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.

Qualifications
Required
- Must be located in Massachusetts
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts RN and APRN licensure.
- Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required.
- DEA Registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- At least five years’ experience in primary care and family medicine.
Preferred
- Experience treating patients across the lifespan.
- Experience working with electronic health records (eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar platforms).
- Existing Mass General Brigham (MGB) EPIC access preferred.
