Telehealth Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (Remote)

Care for New York patients from home at $55 to $65/hr. Nao Medical is hiring PAs and NPs for our virtual care team. You’ll do real medicine on a modern telehealth platform, with AI copilots handling much of the charting. You’ll have a supportive provider team behind you and none of the commute. If you want patient-centered care without the clinic floor rush, this is your role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Virtual Patient Care: Run telemedicine visits that cover assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Diagnostics and Follow-Up: Order and interpret labs and imaging, then manage results, refills, and patient messages.
• Care Coordination: Spot when a referral is needed and work with our in-clinic and aftercare teams to keep care seamless.
• Patient Education: Explain diagnoses, medications, and prevention clearly so patients leave every visit confident.
• Smart Documentation: Chart accurately in the EMR with help from AI tools and digital workflows

Technical Requirements

• Wired internet connection of 100 Mbps or faster
• Computer with an i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 128GB free storage
• Windows 10 or the latest macOS
• 1080p webcam and microphone
• Backup plan for power and internet outages
• Dual screens preferred

Requirements

• One of these:
  • PA: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program, active New York State PA license, and NCCPA Board Certification
  • NP: Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practice (FNP) from an accredited program, active New York State NP certification and license, and National Board Certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Valid DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, steady presence in high-stress or sensitive situations
• Suboxone certification is a plus
