Tennessee Oncology maintains role-specific work policies that vary by operational function. While direct clinical care and diagnostic positions require on-site attendance at regional clinics, select administrative, triage, and care coordination roles are eligible for hybrid or fully remote arrangements. Remote-eligible employees may periodically participate in team meetings, training sessions, or on-site clinical activities as required by specific department guidelines.

Tennessee Oncology provides medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology, and surgical care. Additional principal service lines include comprehensive clinical trial research, diagnostic PET/CT and MRI imaging, palliative care, cellular therapy, and medically integrated specialty pharmacy services for adult cancer patients.
