Job Description

Description

Wellesley Family care is a thriving primary care practice based in Needham, Massachusetts. We are a private (independent) practice affiliated with Mass General Brigham with a focus on individualized evidence-based care for the whole family. We also highly value teamwork and collaboration and have built a team culture of safety, competence, and fun. We currently have twenty-two primary care providers on our team and have a strong growth trajectory into new business and practice initiatives. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical judgment to join our practice as a Triage Nurse.

Position Summary

The Triage Nurse works closely with our physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurse triage team, within the scope of practice defined by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical problem-solving, takes pride in clear communication and accuracy, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive primary care team.
